A Mechanism-led Recovery Pathway

Reset the gut. Restore immune resilience. Recover with a structured path.

Three connected pathways under one framework — the Gut Immune Reset, the McMillan Spike Reset, and a UK-only opportunity to sample Molecusan Liquid Spectrum while the discount code is valid (expires 30 June 2026)and stocks last. The starting point is the same for everyone: a two-minute assessment that tells you which phase you are in and what to do first.

You are not the only one. The pattern is widespread.

Across 322 respondents to the Gut Readiness Survey, the picture that emerges is consistent — persistent gut disturbance, irregular bowels, food reactivity, and fatigue in the window after eating. These are observational findings, not diagnoses, but they make one thing clear: a generic "take a probiotic" answer fails most people who arrive here.

Why the Gut Comes First

The gut is not a digestion organ. It is an immune interface.

Roughly seventy percent of the body's immune cells operate in and around the gut. The lining of the small and large intestine separates the outside world from circulation by a barrier only one cell thick. Behind that barrier sits a dense network of immune sensors that decide, every minute, what is tolerated and what is treated as a threat.

When that barrier is compromised — by inflammation, bacterial toxin overload, repeated infection, or long-term dietary stress — that decision-making becomes erratic. Foods that were previously tolerated provoke reactions. Bacteria that should be commensal start producing toxins like LPS that drive systemic inflammation. The immune system shifts from regulated surveillance into chronic activation.

This is gut immune activation. It is the upstream cause of much of what people experience as fatigue, brain fog, food intolerance, vascular sensitivity, and stalled recovery.

Until you fix the terrain, probiotics cannot fix the problem. — The core principle behind ROOT
01
Clear
Reduce inflammatory load. Calm the terrain.
02
Repair
Support gut lining, motility, and tight junctions.
03
Reseed
Reintroduce probiotics deliberately, not by guesswork.
04
Maintain
Keep the terrain stable, long-term.
Step One

Find your phase. Find your next step.

Before recommending anything, the framework asks one question: where are you starting from? The Gut Readiness Assessment answers it in two minutes — and tells you which of the three structured pathways is the right place to begin.

The Reset Pathway · Three Layers

Three connected pathways. One sequence.

The recovery pathway is taught in three layers. Most people begin with the Gut Immune Reset. Those who suspect post-viral or spike-related drivers go deeper through the McMillan Spike Reset framework, taught live in the Masterclass. Maintenance comes after.

Foundation · Phase 1–2

Gut Immune Reset

The starting point for the unsettled gut — built around clearing, lining repair, and immune recalibration before any probiotics are introduced.

  • The bacterial toxin cycle and how to interrupt it
  • Gut lining repair: zinc carnosine, L-glutamine, dietary structure
  • Why probiotics fail when timing is wrong, and how to read readiness
  • Food, fibre, and movement reintroduced in a way the gut can absorb
  • Phase markers — knowing when to move on

Deeper Pathway · Post-viral

McMillan Spike Reset

The deeper educational layer for those who suspect post-viral or spike-related drivers — taught and interpreted live through the Masterclass.

  • Spike persistence as an educational topic, in plain language
  • How gut, vascular, and immune systems interact under sustained inflammatory pressure
  • Adapting the Clear–Repair–Reseed–Maintain sequence to post-viral terrain
  • Reading symptom clusters — fatigue, brain fog, circulation, sensitivity
  • Ongoing interpretation of new research, in real time

The Live Layer

Deeper teaching, in real time.

The Masterclass is the next layer beyond the courses. It is where the recovery framework is taught live, where current research is interpreted as it emerges, and where individual questions are addressed inside structured twice monthly sessions.

It is intended for people who want ongoing structured input — not a one-off interaction, but a recurring conversation about how the gut, the immune system and recovery science continue to evolve.

Common Questions

Things worth asking before you start.

The Gut Readiness Assessment places you in one of three phases — Clearing, Repair, or Reseed — based on the answers you give. Each phase has a brief explanation and points to a recommended programme as a structured next step. It is informational, not a diagnosis, and takes around two minutes.
The Gut Immune Reset is the foundation programme. It teaches the gut immune model, the bacterial toxin cycle, lining repair, and the Clear–Repair–Reseed–Maintain sequence. The McMillan Spike Reset is the deeper educational layer for those who suspect post-viral or spike-related drivers, taught and refined live through the Masterclass. The two are designed to be used in sequence, with the gut work first.
No. It is a nutritional support product positioned within an educational framework on gut immune resilience and recovery-focused wellness. It is not offered as a treatment for any diagnosed condition and does not replace advice from your doctor or healthcare professional.
The free sample offer is currently limited to residents of the United Kingdom, excluding Northern Ireland, while the discount code is valid (expires 30 June 2026) and stocks last. The form checks UK eligibility automatically. The Gut Immune Reset, the Masterclass, and the other programmes are available internationally.
The sample itself is free while the discount code is valid (expires 30 June 2026) and stocks last. The recipient covers shipping costs.
Please seek advice from your doctor or healthcare professional before using any new supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, under medical care, or managing a significant health condition. This page does not replace that advice.
Because the gut is where the immune system is decided. Roughly seventy percent of immune activity happens in and around the gut. When the gut environment is inflamed or toxin-loaded, downstream interventions struggle to take effect. Addressing the gut first creates the conditions under which the rest of recovery becomes possible.
